Alan Smith – Customer Technical Manager

Alan joined the company in 2010, initially as part of the engineering team. He has extensive experience of all the operational equipment on site, working as a process engineer.

In January 2015 he transferred to a new role of Customer Technical Manager, responsible for product development, providing customer technical assistance and delivering quality assurance.
